I'm Buddy and this the my journal about my new blogging business. I am part of a couple of paid internet marketing forums both of which I highly recommend. The first is Kelly Felix's Bring The Fresh. Kelly was the mastermind behind the very popular and successful internet marketing system that was fronted by a fictional character called "The Rich Jerk".
The Rich Jerk was a loudmouth, obnoxious, shitass who belittled everyone, particularly his cunstomers. It was a fantastic success for Kelly and made him a wealthy young man.
The second forum is called The Keyword Academy. TKA has a completely different focus from Bring The Fresh. The newest version of TKA is all about writing gobs of great original content, thus satisfying Google's desire for a satisfying visitor experience in hopes that she (Google) rewards the site with good rankings and more visitor traffic.
My new blog, Real Estate Adviser, will be primarily be based on the second concept. I chose real estate because I like it. I used to flip houses and made a bit of money at it. I will focus mostly on various aspects of real estate investment but will eventually branch out to real estate brokers and agents and real estate financing.
Initially I am going to monetize the blog using Adsense but will eventually move into affiliate offers, CPA (cost per action), and building a responsive list. List building is classic direct marketing and, along with product creation, is the direction my entire business is heading.
